Dr. Francisco Garcia is a board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, with years if experience in regenerative and interventional medicine, dedicated to helping patients relieve pain, restore function, and return to active living through advanced, minimally invasive therapies.

He earned his Bachelor of General Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus in 1998, followed by his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ponce School of Medicine in 2002. Dr. Garcia completed his post-doctoral specialty training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the San Juan VA Medical Center in 2006, and eventually working with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where he developed extensive expertise in musculoskeletal medicine, image-guided procedures, and comprehensive rehabilitation care.

Dr. Garcia is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, reflecting his commitment to excellence in neuromuscular diagnosis and interventional care.

He integrates evidence-based medicine with innovative regenerative therapies—including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and biologic treatments—to address joint, spine, and soft-tissue conditions.
